Deposit & Cancellation Policy for Chalets
To confirm your reservation, a deposit equivalent to the cost of one night’s stay is required. Please note that refunds for deposits will only be issued if cancellations are made at least 30 days prior to the confirmed booking date. Please be aware that the deposit becomes non-refundable within the 30-day period leading up to your reservation.
Chalet Rental Policies
Check-in @3pm, Check-out @10am. NO WIFI, little to no cell service. Cabins are complete with everything you need, including a BBQ on the deck. no smoking or e-cigarettes of any type or additional charges will apply. Damage caused by your pets are the responsibility of the guest(s) and additional charges may apply. Bedding and pillows are not supplied. All cabins are ski in & ski out, Mount Timothy is a destination on the famous Gold Rush Trail, so snowmobile and quad access is available right from our parking lot. Guests booking the cabin must be 18 years of age or older.
Chalet Guidelines
- Check in is after 3pm
- Check out is at 10am (late check out fee may be charged) ( flexible check-in or check-out times may be possible depending on outgoing/incoming guests)
- Resort is not responsible for any injuries/accidents or loss/damage of valuables
- Pick up after your pet & please keep pets on a leash and any damage done to chalets by pets you will be responsible for.
- Make sure your dishes are clean & put away or a $25.00 surcharge will be applied to you credit card on file.
- Place any used towels in the shower
- Please leave cabins clean upon your departure
- All garbage placed in garbage can on outside deck upon departure
- There is no daily housekeeping
- THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES ALLOWED ON SKI RUNS IN FRONT OF CHALETS. IF ANYONE DISREGARDS THIS, A $250 CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
- Please respect our facilities to insure a pleasant experience for all.
Mount Timothy does not guarantee:
- snow conditions
- trail conditions
- weather conditions
- open terrain
- lifts are operational
There will be no refunds for any of these reasons.
