NOTE: When booking online full payment is required.  Please note refunds for deposits will only be issued if cancellations are made at least 30 days prior to the confirmed booking date. All refunds will be subject to processing fees being deducted. Please be aware the deposit becomes non-refundable within the 30-day period leading up to your reservation. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at10:00 am.  We also require a credit card on file for possible damages or any additional costs that may occur.

• Smoking is not permitted in the chalets.
• Chalets cannot be reserved by individuals under the age of 19. Guests under 19 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• A refundable damage deposit of $200 is required for each booking.
• Pet fee $ 30.00 +GST per pet per night, 2 pets max, small to medium sized animals only.
• Any missing bedding, towels or other cabin supplies, guests will be charged accordingly
• All damage done by guests or pets will be charged accordingly
• Guest are responsible for any visitors that may cause damage to property.
• ABSOLUTELY NO SNOWMOBILES ON SKI HILL DURING SKI SEASON
