Housekeeping
As Housekeeper at Mount Timothy Ski Resort you are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our chalets. This position plays a vital role in providing a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- .Maintain cleanliness of main lodge, this includes the restaurant and washrooms.
- Chalets: Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish all surfaces, change linens, make beds, and restock amenities and supplies.
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding.
- Identify and report maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned duties within established deadlines.
What are we looking for
- Valid Canadian work permit or visa.
- Good communication skills, fluent in English spoken and written.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Flexible schedule to meet operational needs, must work weekends and holidays.
